Orthopedic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider

Multi-Site Position: Peoria Plaza | Boswell Medical Center | Del E. Webb Medical Center

Position Overview:

Banner Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Orthopedic Surgery team. Work collaboratively with our accomplished surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Provide comprehensive care across multiple settings: hospital rounding, clinic consultations, and surgical first assist in the OR. Join a supportive team with strong leadership and well-established infrastructure in a rewarding, structured work environment. This is a float position providing coverage across three locations: our Peoria Clinic, Banner Boswell Medical Center, and Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center.

Position Details:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
• Primary Setting: Clinic-based with hospital rounding and occasional first assist in the OR as needed
• Call Schedule: Shared practice and hospital call rotation

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or ACNP
• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
• Current BLS & ACLS certification
• Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
• Minimum 3 years of orthopedic experience preferred (orthopedic generalist/trauma)
• Fracture care experience desired
