Crawford Architects is seeking Interns for the 2025/2026 year, offering Summer or Semester internships. The Architectural Designer Student will assist in architectural design and documentation, utilizing creativity, foresight, and sound judgment to meet project requirements throughout all phases of a project under the supervision of a Project Architect. The role reflects Crawford Architects' standards, mission, and goals. Essential Job Functions: Assist in architectural design, development, and documentation Apply QA/QC methods throughout projects to ensure documentation conforms to firm standards Develop design presentations and early design studies, preparing 2D and 3D drawings Assist with master planning efforts Coordinate project information with clients, consultants, and contractors Create client presentations and participate in interviews Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Architecture, or Master of Architecture program Must be in Junior, Senior, or Master’s level of study Necessary Skills: Strong creative and technical thinking skills Excellent presentation and graphic communication skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suites Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective administrative and project management skills within budgetary constraints Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Willingness to learn, take direction, and be mentored Practical knowledge of architectural processes Please include your Resume and Portfolio with your submission.
