Alchemy is working alongside a prestigious fine art company shipping company based in Colorado who are looking to bring on an established Art Handler/Driver to their team. This individual would be responsible for transportation and general warehouse activities within the company. Key Responsibilities: Securehandling and transport of art using appropriate methods to ensure safe transport. Artwork installation/ de-installation at both in-house and offsite locations. Carrying out necessary paperwork including: bills of lading, driver logs, labels and full condition reports adding photographic evidence if needed. Receive and release shipments into warehouse facilities. Packing of artwork for the transportation and storage for local, nationand international. Ensure compliance within local, state and DOT regulations. Skills and Experience: 3+ years experience working within thestorage/collection management sector. Driven team playerwith the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Proven knowledge in art handling, packing and installation. Attention to detail and a keen eye for refined work. Problem solving and resolution. Valid drivers license; CDL license desirablebut not essential. Ability to push and pull weights up to 150 poundsusing a cart or dolly. Ability to carry items of variable shapes/sizes up to 40 poundsup to a distance of 90 feet.
