What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Spearhead the transformation of the employer's legal support for global and regional procurement teams
• Lead and manage the contract strategy process throughout the entire contract lifecycle
• Serve as a trusted business partner to leaders of global and regional procurement teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in business and legal teams to ensure contract excellence and compliance
• Evolve the organizational culture to align with expectations for the global contract lifecycle program

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 8 years of commercial/procurement contracting experience, with at least 3 years at a major law firm and 3 years at a major international corporation
• Juris Doctorate degree required
• Bar Administration in Good Standing
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to professionalism

• Deep knowledge of commercial/procurement contracting matters
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and execute tasks without supervision
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing outside counsel
