Practice Area: Immigration Law – Mexico & Central America, Asylum with Immigration Court

The Client:
A well-established immigration law firm based in Miam is dedicated to representing clients from Mexico and Central America in asylum and immigration court cases. The firm is experiencing growth and is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to support the increasing caseload and provide high-quality legal representation to its clients.
Description:
The Associate Attorney will focus primarily on asylum cases and immigration court proceedings, advocating for clients from Mexico and Central America. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration law, exceptional courtroom skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm's legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive legal services.
Key responsibilities include preparing and litigating asylum cases before the immigration court, conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, and guiding clients through complex immigration matters. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attorneys make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families seeking legal immigration solutions.
