Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading independent middle-market investment bank seeking an Associate to join their Infrastructure & Environment group in New York, focusing primarily on Digital Infrastructure mandates. The successful candidate will support the firm’s comprehensive advisory services, including M&A, capital markets, and restructuring across digital infrastructure and related sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact transactions within a rapidly growing vertical.
The Associate will be responsible for financial modeling, valuation analysis, preparing client presentations, and assisting in deal execution. The team covers subsectors such as broadband, wireless, data centers, towers, and digital infrastructure services. While dedicated to Digital Infrastructure, there will be opportunities to contribute across Energy Transition, Environmental Infrastructure, and Transportation & Logistics.
