They will be doing a 45 and 90 day evaluation on the candidate before allowing them hybrid schedule. Hybrid (Mondays and Fridays remote)
Hours - 7.5 hour days. (8:30-5 OR 9-5:30 - this is according to the Shareholders schedule)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Legal Assistant to support a Shareholder and legal team at a prestigious law firm in downtown Miami. This is a commercial litigation-focused role—not personal injury or insurance defense—and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. You’ll serve as a critical member of the legal support team, helping manage daily operations, case support, and occasional paralegal functions.
