Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Rivian, Tesla, and other electric vehicle brands.
• Execute advanced calibrations for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), sensors, cameras, and other electronic systems.
• Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure seamless repair processes and timely vehicle delivery.
• Conduct post-repair inspections to verify the quality of repairs and calibrations.
• Stay updated on the latest manufacturer training, certifications, and repair procedures for EVs.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, especially those specific to EV repair and high-voltage systems.
• Use specialized tools, equipment, and software to perform accurate diagnostics and calibrations.

Qualifications :

• Certification in EV repair or a strong understanding of electric vehicle systems (Tesla or Rivian experience preferred).
• Proficient in ADAS calibration tools and processes (e.g., Hunter, Bosch, Autel systems).
• ASE certification required
• Minimum of [3] years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with electric vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete ongoing training and manufacturer certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.

Physical & Environmental

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned is required.
