About the Role
As a Line Cook at Nans, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that make our guests feel at home. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with fresh ingredients, and bring a team-first mindset, wed love to meet you!

Responsibilities
Prepare and roast vegetables, meats, and grain-based dishes

• Fulfill guest orders quickly and accurately during service
• Manage tickets and communicate clearly in a high-volume kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped workstation
• Support kitchen operations with a focus on food safety and consistency

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience working in a professional kitchen (line cook or similar)
• Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
• ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification is a plus
