Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay Range: $50k - $60k

Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Buyer in Reeseville.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete procurement cycle for raw materials and MRO supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to support production and facility needs, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and quality compliance.
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to forecast material requirements.
• Work closely with Maintenance to coordinate procurement for scheduled PMs and ensure availability of required parts and services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors.
• Perform regular inventory audits and implement improvements to inventory control processes.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to purchasing, inventory turnover, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and maintenance to align purchasing activities with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing and inventory management and or scheduling.
• Proven experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Agent, or in a similar supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, raw materials, and MRO procurement.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
