Position Type: Part-Time/Temporary/Adjunct Date Posted: Location: General - Oklahoma City, OK Metro Technology Centers is accepting applications for C# Programming Adjunct Instructors who will be responsible for training and development of program components, course outlines and classroom plans. Responsibilities

• Deliver courseware tailored to mainframe modernization needs.
• Lead engaging, instructor-led training sessions on Thursdays (preferred).
• Facilitate both onsite and virtual learning environments.
• Provide follow-up office hours and post-training resources.
• Ensure absent participants have access to materials to stay current in the series.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in C# development and instruction; familiarity with Python (APIs, backend development).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, .NET framework, and database integration.
• Experience in modernizing legacy systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for adult learners.
• Ability to create high-quality, customized instructional materials.

Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent Common Essential Job Functions for All Adjunct Instructors:

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and experience in the appropriate subject matter.
• Instruct students in competency-based program curriculum using current instructional strategies appropriate to the subject matter to assure highest quality classroom instruction.
• Effectively manage the classroom to create an optimal learning environment.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, academic progress and grades as required by district policy and certification/regulatory agencies.
• Ensure syllabus, supply list and lesson plans are current prior to each class taught.
• Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. - prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)
• Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Metro Tech.
• Participate in professional development opportunities as required by the Economic and Workforce Development Department.
