Title: CDL A Driver - $3,000.00 Sign-On Bonus!* 

Location: Everett, MA 

Manager: Delivery Manager 

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt 

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:45am - 1:00pm - 5:00pm; depending on route and daily workload

Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hour

Objective: Class A Drivers are responsible for safely operating all vehicles in our fleet—including tractor trailers, straight trucks, and box trucks—all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper to assist with unloading. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

\n
• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
\n
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
\n
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
\n
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
\n
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier. 
\n
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier. 
\n
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members. 
\n
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs. 
\n

Qualifications & Requirements 

\n
• High school diploma or GED required. 
\n
• Must be at least 21 years of age. This is a legal requirement to transport alcohol.
\n
• Active CDL Class A License in good standing. 
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers. 
\n
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices. 
\n
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
\n
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:45 AM ; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume. 
\n

Physical Demands & Work Environment  

\n
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
\n
• Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
\n
• Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
\n
• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
\n
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
\n
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
