Pre-Qualifications: Candidates must have served as CFO or Controller within a private equity–backed organization.

PE owned services company seeks a CFO to take them to the next level.

The Financial Officer will direct the organization's strategic financial planning as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders, board of directors and the financial community. To be successful, the CFO must possess the ability to make speedy but well reasoned decisions, communicate effectively, provide vision, and apply common sense to furnish solutions to daily problems and financial concerns.

Financial Officer Job Duties:

• Prepare regular financial reports for management team and stake holders.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
• Ensure information for preparing tax returns is accurate and timely.
• Developed robust reporting and KPIs to support process improvement and growth.- Designed and implemented all internal controls, accounting and IT systems to support growth
• Grown and mentor finance team

REQUIREMENTS

• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

• Leading the finance function (Head of Finance experience)

• Building finance infrastructure and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (MBA preferred)

• Experience in mid-market companies ($50–75M revenue)

• Knowledge of field service business models

• Private equity experience

• Analytics systems / BI tools proficiency

• Advanced Excel (financial modeling and analysis)
