Join Our Team as a CNC/Wire EDM Operator
Pay Rate:
- 1st Shift CNC/WEDM Operators: $18$22 per hour
- 2nd Shift CNC/WEDM Operators: $22$28 per hour
- 3rd Shift CNC/WEDM Operators: $22$28 per hour
- Experienced Level 3 CNC Machinists: Up to $28 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule (410s): MondayThursday enjoy three-day weekends every week!
- 1st Shift: 5:45 AM 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM 1:45 AM
- 3rd Shift: 6:30 PM 5:00 AM (Some overtime required based on production needs)

Key Responsibilities
- Programming & Setup: Program, set up, and operate CNC and Wire EDM machines, including multi-axis mill/turn centers.
- Precision Machining: Interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM models, and technical drawings into accurate machining operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts, document dimensions, and ensure all products meet customer specifications.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain dust collection systems.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all OSHA and company safety standards while maintaining an organized, clean work area.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, programmers, and team members to support production goals.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document setups, inspections, machine performance, and production details.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 23+ years CNC milling, Wire EDM, or precision machining experience (programming experience a plus).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; machining/tooling certificates preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, interpret program data, use precision measuring tools, and operate CNC/EDM machinery.
- Traits: Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical machining duties.
