Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Electrician Helper to assist licensed electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows safety protocols, and works well as part of a team in a fast-paced construction or maintenance environment.

• Assist electricians in installing and maintaining wiring, lighting, and control systems
• Supply or hold materials or tools for electricians
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools and power tools
• Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring tools and materials are organized
• Help with troubleshooting electrical issues under supervision
• Adhere to all safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous construction or electrical experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors)
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Work Environment:
This position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
