About the Role: Bacon Recruiting is hiring on behalf of Trojan Solar, a growing solar provider in the Frisco area. We’re looking for entry-level sales team members to join our Appointment Setting Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to build sales experience, work flexible hours, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required — full training is provided. Responsibilities: Represent Trojan Solar in your local area Speak with homeowners about solar energy and its benefits Schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants Attend brief daily team meetings or check-ins What We Offer: Commission-based compensation — high performers may earn $60,000–$100,000+ annually Flexible schedule – typical shifts vary based on rep availability Structured training and development Opportunities for advancement based on performance Supportive and collaborative team environment This is a 1099 commission-only role. There is no base salary or hourly pay. Earnings are based entirely on performance.
