*About the Role*

Goldman Law LLC is an established firm with offices in Colorado and Massachusetts. We are looking for a full-time, experienced family law lawyer to join our team that is ambitious and wants to be a long-term part of our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm with a focus on representing clients in family law matters.

This position, while non-traditional, provides the maximum ability to expand your income as you are paid, generally, by the billable hour.

*Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:*

* *Having the ability to handle any Dissolution of Marriage or Allocation of Parental Responsibilities case from beginning to end;*
* *Litigating cases and Motions in Court;*
* *Being prepared to jump in on hearings that are scheduled that other team members may need help with;*
* *Being able to prioritize and organize so that each of our clients are handled in a timely manner and with proper communication as required by the firm;*
* *Has an understanding of the Rules of Evidence and can litigate cases strategically;*
* *Has knowledge with formal discovery and knows when to serve it;*
* *Has the ability to have fun, be energetic, a part of our very social team and can be professional at the same time;*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
* Family Law: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* Colorado Bar License (Required)
* Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:
* Denver, CO 80222 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
* Denver, CO 80222: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
