CareMore Health is seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join our team across our Southern California Care Centers in Downey, Upland, Apple Valley, and Lawndale. Founded by physicians in 1992, CareMore is a pioneer in value-based care focused on whole-person healthtreating primary and complex health needs through clinic-based, virtual, and in-home care. • Full-time practice with a focus on continuity and proactive care

• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, social services, and case management

• Robust administrative and clinical support to let you focus on patient carenot paperwork

• Meaningful patient relationships with an emphasis on prevention and wellness

• A care environment designed to treat the whole person, not just the condition

• MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active or eligible medical license in California

• Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience in primary care preferred (2026 residents encouraged to apply)
