We need a leader with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, who can train bright new talent, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale.

Job Description

• Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Manager assists department managers to lead and direct the entire Sales Staff while working as a Finance manager.
• Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Managers help our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Maintains thorough knowledge of financial marketplace and keep abreast of changes in products and interest rates
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares and mails all deal packages with proper documentation to lenders
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process

Job Requirements

• Must have 2 years of auto dealership experience in Finance Manager role
• Docupad experience a Plus
• Reynolds experience a Plus
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional Appearance
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Hold a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
