Position Summary : We are expanding our Finance Team to support Global Operations Finance and International Programs with several Financial Analyst roles. These positions are vital for supporting our programs under the Global Operations Finance initiatives. Principal Responsibilities : Support international field teams, including travel and emergency response deployments. Assist in monthly closing, ensuring deadlines are met, data accuracy, and reconciliation of accounts. Recognize revenue per grant compliance and review financial reports for expenditures. Support project analysis, forecasting, and training of finance staff and program managers. Assist with year-end activities, audits, project setup, vendor payments, and funder reports. Contribute to budgeting, procurement, and collaboration across regions. Minimum Qualifications : A BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent experience, 1-2 years in financial accounting, proficiency in Excel, experience with automated accounting systems, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred. Physical Demands & Work Environment : Ability to work in an office, travel internationally, and work in hardship conditions as needed. Travel may be occasional or extended. Salary Range : Starting at $___TBD___ per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
