The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) provides high level operational analysis and ongoing educational support for Celebree Franchise Owners. This position advises and consults with Franchisees to ensure the Celebree Brand and promise are upheld while driving business growth. This position helps to establish appropriate ongoing training support for the Franchisee and their team. The FBC position drives quality and consistency of the school experience to maximize the overall success of Celebree Franchisees.
This position requires strong organization and leadership skills to maintain multi-site locations, patience, flexibility, excellent written, verbal and computer skills and strong initiative and problem-solving skills, innovation & creativity. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
Minimum of 3 -5 years in a field operations-oriented leadership role working with Franchisees.
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or Business Management related field
At least 3 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients and/or sites and projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of or ability to learn early learning accreditation and licensing standards
Proficient in using virtual meeting technology o Demonstrated success achieving expectations while working remotely and traveling
Travel up to 85%, depending on geography and number of schools
Skills
Demonstrated ability and experience to consult with and influence business owners.
Advanced knowledge of consultative approaches and experience guiding leaders to make better business decisions
Ability to plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives.
Strong business acumen skills (basic financial skills, use of competitive data, etc)
Time management, prioritizing and the ability to work independently or with a team.
