Must have 3yrs min in dental front office using Dentrix

• Founded 40 yrs ago by Dr Ginger Price (one of top cosmetic dentists on US west coast) & now led by Dr Colleen Donnelly, DMD, FAGD (ranked top 1%). Privately owned, single location boutique

• Practice exudes l uxury & sophistication , using latest technology & equipment to deliver notch quality of care & service. We are averaging 70-80 new patients per month for last 3 years by being ethical, forming genuine connections & giving education (never any upsell)

• We treat staff like family & patients like friends . We have 2 visiting oral surgeons, a periodontist & our own master ceramist on staff

• Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier , your values should align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity.

 Role Overview: 

• Greeting patients, answering phones / emails / text msgs, optimizing the schedule, maintaining records & coordinate patient flow, assist with presenting treatment 
• Support patient care coordinators & dentists, assist with strategic marketing activities, coordinate lunch & learns / team building activities

Requirements: 

• Required: Min 3 yrs in dental front offic e  using Dentrix 

Office hours:   

• Mon to Thurs 8am-5pm, every 2nd Fri 8am-2pm
