• Job Type: Temporary Full-Time
Job Summary:
As a General Laborer, you’ll support daily operations by loading and unloading trucks, maintaining cleanliness in the facility, and performing general housekeeping. You'll be working both indoors and outdoors and must be comfortable with physical labor in varying weather conditions.

Job Duties:
• Load and unload grain trucks
• Sweep, mop, and clean up grain and mill scrap
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Assist with grain elevator operations
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Pay:
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
• Opportunity for overtime pay during harvest season

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• During harvest season, extended shifts and weekend work may be required

Experience or Skill Requirements:
1. Prior experience in a grain elevator or industrial/agricultural setting preferred
2. Must be comfortable working at heights
3. Ability to work both independently and in a small team environment
4. Flexible availability for longer shifts during peak seasons
5. Strong work ethic and attention to safety
