Job Description

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for creating meaningful impact through smart, well-executed campaigns? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that grow brand presence, generate pipeline, and enhance the customer experience. In this role, you'll help shape how we engage with the market—driving marketing programs that connect with the right audiences, support business goals, and bring cross-functional teams together through thoughtful, results-oriented storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns focused on high-value accounts across key industries
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop personalized strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Manage timelines, resources, and external partners to deliver effective campaigns and measure results

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Oversee CRM strategy and tools to improve segmentation, lead nurturing, and visibility across the customer journey
  • Support key touchpoints like onboarding, engagement, and retention through coordinated communications and data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across channels including SEO, email, social media, webinars, and paid advertising
  • Manage external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and strong campaign performance
  • Apply personalization, automation, and targeting tools to enhance effectiveness and reach

Content & Brand Development

  • Develop and manage a content strategy that supports marketing goals and thought leadership
  • Create and maintain messaging frameworks and sales enablement materials
  • Work with creative teams to produce case studies, videos, presentations, and other marketing content

Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, campaign ROI, and key metrics
  • Analyze results to optimize marketing efforts and support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain a structured calendar and process for campaign execution, content delivery, and event support

Creative & Internal Communications Support

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
  • Support internal communications, leadership visibility, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate on events, team updates, and other internal campaigns that reinforce culture and alignment

Strategic Focus Areas

  • Go-to-market support for new services and offerings
  • Marketing enablement for key strategic partnerships
  • Brand visibility and positioning across key markets
  • Lifecycle engagement to support lead generation and customer growth

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital campaigns, ABM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and campaign analytics
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills
  • A creative but practical approach to problem-solving and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in IT consulting is an asset
