🚜 Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Mechanics with Hydraulic Expertise – Field Technician (Miami, FL)

We’re looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic with Hydraulic Expertise to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and hydraulic systems on-site and in the shop. From construction equipment to heavy-duty vehicles, your work will keep essential operations moving.

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and hydraulic systems in the field and shop.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Respond to emergency repair calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Run diagnostic tests and interpret results to recommend solutions.
• Repair or replace transmissions, brakes, engines, and other components.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed.

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic blueprints.
• Experience with heavy equipment and electrical systems.
• Your own basic tools (wrenches, sockets, etc.).
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for mechanical work.

You’ll work in a well-equipped shop with open bays and also head into the field for on-site repairs—no two days are the same!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
