*What You’ll Do*
* Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, trenchers, and backhoes for the installation and maintenance of underground sewer and water systems
* Execute precise excavation, trenching, and grading per job specifications and blueprints
* Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
* Collaborate closely with laborers and pipe layers to meet project timelines
* Respond to emergency utility repairs, including water main breaks or sewer issues
* Maintain equipment logs and job reports as needed
* Follow OSHA guidelines and SiteWorks safety protocols at all times
* Operate with care near environmentally sensitive areas and comply with local regulations
*What We’re Looking For*
* Prior experience operating heavy equipment in construction, utilities, or excavation is preferred
* Familiarity with trenching, grading, and underground pipe installation is a plus
* Ability to read construction plans and perform work to spec
* Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Valid driver’s license preferred
