Home Health Billing & Follow-Up Representative

  Location: On-site in Cherry Hill, NJ

  Start Date: July 28, 2025

  Job Type: Contract-to-Perm (6 months)

About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated  Home Health Billing & Follow-Up Representative to join our team supporting a healthcare client in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of home health billing experience who is looking to grow into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to resolve unpaid balances on home health accounts
• Inform management of account issues requiring client intervention
• Assist in resolving credit balances in a timely manner
• Obtain necessary information from insurance companies to support claim adjudication
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in  home health medical billing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and research abilities
• Ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working in payer-side healthcare environments
• Familiarity with health information systems
