Our 4 offices in PA, NJ, and DE is home to 450 employees and that serve over 100 clients. PATHS, LLC is currently seeking an Account Representative – Home Health to join our team at the Cherry Hill, NJ office.

Duties Include:

• Contact insurance companies to resolve unpaid balances on home health accounts
• Inform management of issues with accounts that require client intervention
• Assist with the resolution of credit balances in a timely manner
• Obtain information from insurance companies to foster claim adjudication
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with home health medical billing procedures and terminologies- MINIMAL 1 YEAR
• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
• Detail oriented, strong problem solving, and research skills
• Ability to meet productivity goals

Applicant must pass all required clearances to begin. Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
