We are actively seeking candidates who:
- Are bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
- Have experience in Human Resources or similar field working with Microsoft Office Suite, preferably HR software, Including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems and payroll systems.
- Are able to multi-task while continuing to commit to quality.
- Remain well organized and efficient in the performance of their duties in a deadline driven environment.
What Qualifications we looking for?
- Associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of HR or similar type of experience required.
- HRIS Software experience important, Paycom software experience preferred.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software (Familiarity with Online Meeting platforms preferred)
- Familiarity with HR Software, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or experience working with other software systems.
- Honesty and Integrity are critical to the position
- Proven customer service and people skills
- Computer and spreadsheet abilities
- Effective communication skills are both verbal and written.
- Bilingual preferred

Job Description
The Human Resource Representative is responsible for Human Resource related responsibilities within the company including Recruiting, Benefit, support and Record keeping. This position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all information related to these processes. The HR Rep will require excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. This position always requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Responsibilities
The following statements describe the principal functions of this position and the scope of responsibility but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements. - Responsible for assisting with recruiting, evaluating job candidates, and advising managers for OTOW Clearwater entities.
- Ensure that all applicants have the necessary documentation to work in this country and accurately file such documentation.
- Submits background checks on applicants and communicates those findings to decision-makers.
- Place open positions via the payroll applicant tracking system, online employment search engines such as Indeed, and EmployFlorida.
- Communicate with candidates to pre-screen applications, coordinate interviews and/or pre- employment criminal background and in-house or clinical drug screening, and application status.
- Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation and onboard new hires into the payroll system.
- Maintains HRIS System and employee payroll files, including accumulators, deductions, and wage information.
- Coordinates the successful on-boarding for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is properly completed.
- Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation and onboard new hires into the payroll system and coordinate New Hire Safety Training with Safety Training Superintendent.
- Assist in the maintenance of attendance records and tracks vacation and personal time accrued and used.
- Provide good customer service to employees by answering frequently asked questions related to payroll, standard policies, benefits.
- Assist in record retention, maintaining employee files, performing periodic file audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Train to become back up for payroll support.
- Generates appropriate reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry.
- Assists HR Director with compliance reporting such as EEO and DOL
- Assists the Human Resources Department in the administration of company policies pertaining to compensation and payroll related functions.
- Assist in compiling data from payroll records and preparing reports as required.
- Assists in the overall benefit process and open enrollment as needed.
- Compiles internal management reports from payroll system software.
- Stays up to date on all applicable payroll laws and regulations and ensures the company remains compliant, notifying management and Human Resources of any changes or updates that need to be made.
- Maintains confidentiality and always uses discretion. Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards.
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
