PART-TIME IN-HOME SALES ASSOCIATE – SUBCONTRACTOR
Location: Victoria, BC (includes Victoria, Saanich, and Langford)
Compensation: Paid Per Consultation + Commission Per Sale + Performance Incentives

This is a contractor role ideal for driven salespeople who want to manage their own schedules, work locally, and get paid well for performance.

️ What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional in-home sales consultations with a focus on converting leads into closed sales.

• Accurately measure spaces and present flooring options based on customer needs and preferences.

• Educate homeowners about the installation process and set clear expectations.

• Build strong relationships with Home Depot Flooring Associates in your assigned stores.

• Attend virtual weekly meetings with your sales manager and stay on track with goals.

• Travel locally using your personal vehicle to consultations and partner stores.

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• You LOVE sales and thrive in a performance-based role.

• 3+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.

• Friendly, professional, and driven with a “go-getter” attitude.

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile tools and apps for scheduling and reporting.

• Flooring, interior design, or renovation experience is a plus — but not required.

• Able to pass a criminal record check.
