Inside Sales Engineer
Full Time Role
Southwestern Montana

You’ll step into a vital role on a growing sales team, responsible for managing the complete inside sales process for high-performance industrial systems. From qualifying leads to closing deals, your work will directly influence the company’s growth trajectory and customer success.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Manage inbound inquiries and execute outbound prospecting to build pipeline
• Drive the full sales process—from discovery calls to handoff post-sale
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and schedule advanced demos
• Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with tailored solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track sales activity
• Prepare quotations and support regular quota attainment
• Provide feedback on customer needs and emerging trends to inform strategy
• Support events, trade shows, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
• Help refine sales playbooks and outreach processes

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years in capital equipment sales, inside sales, or B2B technical selling
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial, or processing technologies
• Strong ability to manage multiple prospects and drive deals forward
• Effective communicator across technical and executive audiences
• Organized, responsive, and confident managing end-to-end sales activity
• Proficient in Salesforce and standard productivity tools
• U.S. Citizenship (required)

Pay Range:

$70,000 - $80,000 annually
