ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide informed advice.
Policy Development: Design tailored insurance plans that align with the individual requirements of each client.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Actively pursue and achieve preset sales targets by effectively promoting insurance products.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of insurance products and services to offer the best solutions to clients.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experience and resolve any concerns promptly.
RequirementsLicensing: License preferred but willing to train to secure an active insurance sales license in Minnesota. Licensing assistance available.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with clients.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and establish strong client relationships.
Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Excelsior, Minnesota area and its community is beneficial.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
