Information Technology Support Specialist
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for all things tech, providing essential support to our employees and ensuring our systems run smoothly. You'll be a key player in maintaining, managing, and troubleshooting our technology infrastructure, from hardware and software to mobile devices and network systems.
What You'll Do:
Provide Technical Support: Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Manage Systems and Devices: Deploy and maintain desktop images, install and update software, and troubleshoot a wide range of devices, including PCs, laptops, and RF devices.
Support Mobile Devices: Handle all aspects of our Mobile Device Management (MDM) program, from ordering new phones to providing support for cell phone services.
Maintain Our Infrastructure: Manage and troubleshooting printing solutions, including Zebra and standard office printers.
Collaborate and Advise: Work with the team to find the best hardware and software solutions and make recommendations on technology upgrades and replacements.
Educate Our Team: Train non-technical staff on new software and systems and create a positive support experience for everyone.
What We're Looking For:
Customer-Focused Attitude: You have a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a critical information technology role.
Technical Problem-Solver: You are skilled in diagnosing and resolving a variety of Information Technology issues.
Proactive and Adaptable: You can anticipate problems and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: You have experience with a help desk ticketing system, mobile device management, and general IT support. Experience with systems like Eclipse is a plus.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach to Information Technology and Computer support and wants to make a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of our company.
Previous IT experience and a degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or other related fields is preferred. Recent college graduates with limited experience are also encouraged to apply.
