Overview Join to apply for the Jeweler role at International Diamond Center . Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr. This range is provided by International Diamond Center. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What You'll Do Repair & Restore: Restore damaged or broken jewelry, select appropriate gems, and clean and polish jewelry while maintaining quick turnaround times. Craftsmanship: Repair broken clasps, pins, rings, and other jewelry by soldering or replacing broken parts. Reshape and restyle old jewelry using hand tools and machines such as a jeweler's lathe and drill. Design & Create: Cut and shape precious metals into jewelry pieces using cutting and carving tools. Resize rings made from various metals. Safety First: Adhere to all safety-related procedures to reduce the risk of accidents. Inventory Management: Order and maintain jewelry supplies necessary for the workshop. Team & Independence: Work independently as well as part of a team, setting up a repair shop and multitasking to prioritize and promptly complete tasks. Qualifications Proven experience as a jeweler, bench jeweler, or goldsmith. Expertise in jewelry repair, resizing, stone setting, and polishing. Strong knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry styles. Proficient in using tools such as lathes, drills, pliers, and polishing machines. Ability to perform intricate and precise work. Strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands. Quality-focused to ensure minimal errors and high craftsmanship. Education & Certification High school diploma or equivalent Certification in jewelry arts or manufacturing (e.g., from GIA, JA, or trade schools) preferred. Why Join Us?
