Direct Persuasion is actively recruiting a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and ambitious Republican marketing team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support day-to-day setup, collection, harmonization, visualization, and analysis for prominent political campaigns, national committees, faith-based nonprofits, and conservative-minded organizations. This role offers exposure to diverse data platforms and tools, enabling you to make a significant impact on how the team understands client data and campaign trends with digital fundraising, voter outreach, and persuasion initiatives.
- *Responsibilities**
- Handle pulling, cleaning, and organizing data from ad platforms like Meta, Google, X and more, along with Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and Google Big Query
- Maintain business intelligence infrastructure across tools like Datorama, Claude, Looker Studio and Google Sheets
- Complete data audits and analysis to ensure product quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Assist with data measurement setup like Google Tag Manager, site tracking, client onboarding, and overall performance reviews
- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Passion for Republican politics
- Background in data preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Proficient knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
- Background in BI tools like Datorama, Looker Studio
- Background in basic SQL or strong willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple task deadlines
- Organized, flexible, and able to work both independently and with the team
- BONUS: Proficient knowledge of APIs, ETL tools, AI analytics tools
