WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Emergency Room Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Red Bank, NJ.  

Job Function:  

\n

• Night Shift.
\n
• 3x12.
\n
• Responsible for managing the care of adult and/or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high intensity therapies, and interventions.   
\n
• Provide support, education and comfort to patients and their families during their emergency room experience.
\n
• Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing.  
\n
• Provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.

Job Requirements:

\n

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

  \n
\n

• Current state RN license or willingness to obtain.

  \n
\n

• 2 years of Medical-Surgical Rehabilitation or Telemetry Registered Nurse experience required.

  \n
\n

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

  \n
\n

• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

  \n
\n

• PALS certification from the American Heart Association.

  \n
\n

• TNCC certification preferred.

  \n
\n
