Join Our Team as a Travel Advisor!

Fast Lane Luxury Travel is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Travel Advisor to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our clients! This is not a remote position.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting clients with their travel needs.
• Research and secure the best cruise options (river & ocean) based on client preferences and criteria.
• Coordinate air quotes with Global First Travel and support our Luxury Travel Operations Manager in arranging custom trips.
• Collaborate with our tour department to manage the intricate details of group tours.
• Handle corporate and budget travel inquiries by collecting client information and liaising with our remote agent.
• Maintain and organize electronic data, documents, and notes using our systems (Z Drive, FMP, CRM, WE Travel).
• Stay updated on travel policies, procedures, and evolving industry regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• A self-starter with exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Someone who is laser-focused on attention to detail and highly motivated to deliver the ultimate level of customer service.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of European travel and geography is an asset.
• English business writing skills are essential; foreign language abilities are a bonus.
• Previous exposure to the travel industry is preferred but not required.
