Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $17.50 - $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday - Friday); Ability to work overtime as needed

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Ensure orders and replenishments are completed accurately
- Move products from storage with forklift once trained
- Operate cut saw and labeling / printing machine during production
- Inspect product during production and communicate quality issues
- Use table saw to cut samples for the lab
- Complete training as back up truck loader

Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Longevity in work history with recent experience in manufacturing
- Experience with machine operating and using hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license
- Strong focus on safety, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week on average
- Ability to use math and understand and calculate measurements, fractions and weight scales and document accordingly
- Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, requests and problems to fellow employees and supervisors on a one-to-one basis, as well as over the phone and in written form
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50+lbs throughout a shift
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Excellent attendance
