Job Description

NexWealth is a boutique, RIA/multi-family office and is currently seeking a Manager of Investment Due Diligence with a CFA designation (or Level III Candidate) that meets the criteria below. This individual will work out of the firm's Philadelphia office and must have prior experience at an RIA, family office, multi-family office, wealth management, or similar firm.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead and work closely with a team of fellow research analysts
• Monitor industry news
• Work directly with high-net-worth clients and their outside advisors
• Conduct comprehensive investment manager due diligence
• Perform due diligence on new and existing investments
• Leverage research systems to provide qualitative/quantitative analysis to support investment manager and investment strategy selection recommendations and terminations
• Maintain a database to capture the universe of investment opportunities
• Develop manager and investment strategy-specific expertise to provide clients and the research team with commentary and data points
• Investment Manager due diligence reviews, research reports, manager attribution analysis
• Maintain analytic reports on investment managers
• Manage prime brokerage capital introduction relationships
• Create recommendations for client portfolios
• Client portfolio construction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• CFA® designation or Level III Candidate
• Minimum of 5-7 years conducting investment manager due diligence
• Experience working with and comfort communicating with high net worth clients
• Work in firm’s Philadelphia office (this is not a remote position)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player
• Willingness to provide professional references and undergo a background check and drug testing in accordance with local law/regulations.
