Job Responsibilities:

1. Address issues related to production equipment (including 6-axis robots, PLCs, vision systems, and high-speed chains), as well as equipment management and maintenance.
2. Lead technical improvement projects for equipment.
3. Compile and update equipment management documentation and develop maintenance standards.
4. Perform technical analysis and statistical tracking of equipment failures and incidents.
5. Oversee the planning and management of equipment spare parts.
6. Provide training and skills enhancement for equipment technicians.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics, or Automation.
2. Familiarity with automated equipment such as CCD screw machines, robots, dispensing machines, and packing machines.
3. Over 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management.
4. Proficiency in relevant 3D/2D software such as Pro/E and AutoCAD; knowledge of general PLC hardware and software principles.
5. Understanding of the structure and principles of key equipment.
6. Ability to perform electrical maintenance and repairs on production line equipment.
7. Strong practical skills and equipment coordination abilities.
