🚀 What You’ll Be Rocking:

You’ll be the mastermind behind the scenes of our direct mail acquisition strategy — developing compelling campaigns that deliver results, partnering with creatives and internal stakeholders, and making sure everything runs smoother than a freshly waxed surfboard.

• Create and execute print-perfect marketing materials that clearly communicate offers and drive new accounts.
• Juggle multiple partners (agencies, CXO, production, list management, and more!) to ensure campaign magic happens on time and on point.
• Bring strategic marketing plans to life — including ideas for creative, budget goals, and performance enhancements.
• Stay laser-focused on quality and compliance — while continuously leveling up campaign efficiency.
• Champion testing, data-driven decisions, and innovative ideas that move the needle.

🧩 What Makes You a Great Fit:

• ✅ 5+ years of marketing experience (bonus points if you’ve thrived in a fast-moving environment)
• 🔍 Detail-obsessed and super organized — you catch typos in your sleep
• 💬 Excellent communicator and presenter — you can sell a concept and a campaign with equal flair
• 🤝 Strong collaborator with a knack for building trust and influencing across teams
• ⚙️ Process lover with an eye for continuous improvement and risk reduction
• 💻 Pro at Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
• 🛠️ Able to quickly pick up new marketing tools and systems
