Part-Time | Athletics & Wellness Department

The Minneapolis Club, a premier private membership club in downtown Minneapolis, is seeking a licensed and experienced Massage Therapist to join our Athletics & Wellness team. This role provides therapeutic massage services to our members in a professional, relaxing, and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other specialized modalities (based on training and certification).
• Deliver an exceptional experience that supports member comfort, relaxation, and wellness goals.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and sanitation procedures in accordance with Club standards and health regulations.
• Build rapport with members and make appropriate service recommendations.
• Support the Athletics & Wellness department with professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold strict member confidentiality.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Massage Therapy License required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or private club setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to uphold professional boundaries and provide a consistent, high-quality member experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Flexible availability, including possible evenings or weekends.
