Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of complex sheet metal and machined production parts, is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assemblers

Location: Osceola, WI

Pay Range: $17 - $20

Shift: 1st Shift: 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., 2nd Shift: 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., Weekend Shift: 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Assemble complex sheet metal and machined parts according to specifications.
• Utilize various manufacturing tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to maintain high standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
