About the Position:

Me 2 You Career Academy is seeking passionate and experienced Medical Assistant Instructors to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in medical assisting and a commitment to teaching and mentoring students as they prepare for rewarding careers in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and informative lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training in medical assisting (clinical and administrative procedures).
Develop and update curriculum and lesson plans to meet current industry and certification standards.
Assess student progress through quizzes, exams, practical assessments, and assignments.
Provide individualized support and guidance to ensure student success.
Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative classroom environment.
Stay current with medical assisting trends and incorporate new knowledge into instruction.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and student recruitment events.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
Previous teaching or training experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication , organizational , and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
Strong commitment to helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
