Job Description

SAYN is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-run workplace while providing administrative support across the company.

Key Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and deliveries in a warm, professional manner
  • Coordinate and oversee office updates, maintenance, and construction-related activities as needed
  • Order and manage office supplies, snacks, kitchen and cleaning inventory
  • Support administrative and executive needs across departments (scheduling, documentation, coordination, etc.) with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with internal communications and general office organization
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and experience


Qualifications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Professional, presentable, and well-spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish a plus)
  • Prior office, administrative, or front desk experience preferred


Position is fully in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Candidates will be asked to complete a brief cognitive assessment.
