Our client is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to join their team. The Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, productivity, and overall performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and support a culture of operational excellence.

Job Title: Operational Excellence Lead

Location: Irwindale, CA area 

Pay Range: $90-110k

What’s the Job?

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Plan, lead, and facilitate Kaizen events to drive rapid process improvement and engage cross-functional teams.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions that improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to execute improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate value stream mapping, root-cause analysis, and other CI workshops.
• Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to improvement efforts.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process improvement roles (manufacturing preferred).
• Proven ability to lead Kaizen events and cross-functional project teams.
