Fun Town RV is the leader in Texas RV sales dominating over 20% market share of all RV sales in the state of Texas.

We are searching for someone to join our marketing team as a Paid Search Specialist. The candidate will require a track record of growth in pay-per-click advertising.

The ideal candidate is required to have knowledge and experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, & Bing Ads. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of other Advertising platforms and be able to provide examples of previous work in: Tiktok, Linkedin, Snapchat, Instagram, & YouTube advertisements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research-based strategic planning and design of large-scale enterprise paid search campaigns.
• In-platform setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across search engines including Google and Bing inclusive of bid management, budget management, and program expansion.
• Results driven, specifically the consistent iteration necessary to discover the right combination of platforms, targeting keywords, copy, and landing pages that will maximize the achievement of client business targets.
• Partner with the analytics team on learning agendas, testing, optimizing, and disseminating insights.
• Build relationships with integrated marketing team members and marketing partners to educate and collaborate on impactful opportunities on search engines.
• Write and test, search ad copy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills.
• 2-4 years of experience in search engine marketing— robust track record is preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns across major platforms including Google and Bing.
• Experience with implementation and management of tagging and tracking code generation.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, budgeting & bidding.
• A relentless desire to monitor and optimize performance objectives.
• Ability to make sense of data and manipulate it via tools like Excel & Google Sheets.
• Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.
• Experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns across the major platforms including Google and Bing.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
