Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Paralegal for our Norcross office. The Paralegal will handle legal document preparation, client and agency communication, research, and document review to support our immigration practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review immigration-related legal documents with accuracy.
• Communicate with clients and government agencies to advance cases.
• Conduct research on immigration laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal document preparation and review.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent paralegal work experience.
• Experience in immigration law is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal software or case management tools is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
