Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and inspect incoming linens for quality control
  • Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens
  • Maintain inventory of linens and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Deliver clean linens to guest rooms and public areas in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet linen requirements
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries related to linens
  • Monitor and report any linen damages or shortages
  • Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
