Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Store Team Member to join our team at a busy RV and Boat Dealership. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, assisting customers with parts and accessories, and supporting the overall retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing knowledgeable assistance with RV and marine parts, accessories, and lifestyle products.
· Assist customers in finding the right parts or products based on their needs.
· Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) system for purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
· Restock shelves and maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.
· Receive, tag, and stock incoming merchandise in correct inventory bins or displays.
· Assist in inventory counts and cycle checks.
· Maintain awareness of promotions and sales to better assist customers and drive sales.
· Communicate with service, shipping, and sales departments to locate parts or answer customer questions.
· Help customers load purchased items when necessary.
· Follow dealership policies for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

Requirements:· High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Retail experience or knowledge of boats/RVs/parts is a plus.
· Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
· Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Willingness to learn product knowledge specific to RV and marine inventory.
· Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
· Part-time
· Must be available to work weekends
· Hours are Start time 3pm or 3:30pm -7pm or 7:30pm M-Th Saturday 9am-5pm
Expected hours: 14 – 22 per week
